The dying American Cancer Society “signature fundraiser” sends out obit in Richland County

It’s been announced that in Richland County, the RFL has come to an end after 25 years.

‘Round-up’ money for the American Cancer Society

Ladies and gentlemen, if you’re still spending several hours each summer walking around and around a track, square, park, whathaveyou, in the ongoing “Relay for Life” events – STOP.

Just. Stop.

You are not helping anything. If it’s the only exercise you get all year, you’re not even helping yourself; you need to do that kind of activity daily, not annually. You’re going to give yourself a heart attack or stroke, and…you’re not helping one. Cancer. Victim. Not one.

You are, however, padding the coffers of the administration that puts out this “signature fundraising event” annually. That administration, and the administration of every division the American Cancer Society says you’re funding when you donate…raise money walking around a track…camp out overnight because “cancer never sleeps so why should I?” one night a year…for this odious “charity.”

Most of you know that we here at Disclosure aren’t big fans of the American Cancer Society.

Locals waking up to the reality of the American Cancer Society

Fairfield mayor Mickey Borah may appear to not know most of the time what he’s doing (unless it’s enriching himself and his buddies/cronies), but last night he apparently had some actively-firing brain cells when it came time for the city’s annual donation to the American Cancer Society’s ‘signature fundraiser,’ the Relay for Life

Disease that greed hath wrought may have infected us all… not that docs will admit it

Would you be mad if you learned your doctor hasn’t been completely truthful with you?

How about if you learned that he or she were hiding a crucial fact regarding treatment of your specific ailment, i.e. that you’re just being treated for symptoms, not what’s causing them, when if you could have addressed what caused them quickly upon onset, you’d be just your regular fine old self, something you haven’t been for over a year, five years, ten years, fifteen…?

Tha shake n bake method: Human DNA, too?

Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats has an acronym: Crispr.

You will be hearing about Crispr more and more in the next couple of years, and about the pioneer scientists who developed Crispr.

It is nothing new. It began in 2012, and a mere five years later, scientists are using the gene editing process (Crispr) to do such things as cure HIV in mice and genetically engineer pigs that are used as human organ donors.

The Annual Cancer Scam…and how you can undo the damage they’ve wrought

This is going to sound like a bit of déjà vu here, but…

If you are still planning on spending a day and a night this summer going round and round and round a track, either walking, running, cycling, skating, or just hanging out with everyone for the social event of the year…stop. Just. Stop.

Due to some blood drive PSAs in the news today, we opted to bring you this, first published in January of 2015.
