Brief Marion PD blotter report features mostly Marion folks

MARION, Ill. – Those who made the police blotter for Marion City Police kept it local for the most part, with the exception of one little crim from Harrisburg, and two gals from out of Marion but still in Williamson County.

Melissa Pena, 28 of Johnston City, has been issued a citation for Retail Theft in the 100 block of N. Court St. on August 8.

Charles Needy, 55 of Marion, has been arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting a Police Officer in the area of DeYoung St. and Norman Rd. on August 14.

Alec Ferguson, 21 of Marion, has been arrested for Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Cyberstalking in the 1200 block of S. Monroe St. on August 16.

Marvin Graham, 41 of Marion, has been arrested for Domestic Battery in the 100 block of N. Court St. on August 17.

Christine Green, 45 of Marion, has been arrested for Domestic Battery in the500 block of N. Market St. on August 17.

Nicholas Paris, 19 of Marion, has been arrested for Disorderly Conduct in the 700 block of N. Market St. on August 17.
 
Betty Valentine, 39 of Marion, has been arrested for Domestic Battery in the 200 block of Jefferson St. on August 18.
 
Edward Holmes, 38 of Marion, has been arrested for Domestic Battery in the 400 block of S. Vicksburg St. on August 18.
 
Aries Gibbs, 18 of Harrisburg, has been arrested for Manufacture/Delivery of Cannabis with Intent to Deliver in the area of DeYoung St. and Van Buren St. on August 18.
 
Beverly Martin, 54 of Herrin, has been arrested for Retail Theft at Wal-Mart Supercenter on August 18.
