HARRISBURG: Domestic Battery charges dominate police blotter report

HARRISBURG, Ill. – The Harrisburg Police Department report covering July 15 through 21 features a bevy of apparently-angry individuals allegedly seeking to take out their frustrations on others, even if the others are members of their own household.
