RICHLAND CO., Ill. - Richland County felonies filed in the month of April tell the tale of meth in the county - that it's still around and proliferating.

    Based solely on what the judge is signing off on in their rulings and judgement, these folks are not to be referred as “Drug Felons” by Disclosure staff they must be referred to what the judge in the case has created. From this day forth they must be referred to by Disclosure as the “County Cashflow Kids”, Social Justice rulings rather than enforcing the letter of the law has created this……. I’m sure this is allowed based on the oath a judge takes under the section “You know better than the actual law of the land”
