Crawford County Sheriff facing FOIA lawsuit for failing to produce public records

Crawford Co. (ECWd) – The Crawford County Sheriff has refused to produce certain records connected to seized weapons even though multiple attempts to obtain the records were provided.

Josh Burday with Lovey and Lovey filed the Freedom of Information Act lawsuit today on behalf of Kirk Allen in the Crawford County Circuit Clerks office.
