Richland County warrant served; Lawrenceville guy arrested on warrant in Clay

CLAY CO., Ill. - The Clay County Sheriff's report as supplied by Sheriff Andy Myers features a Lawrenceville guy arrested on a Clay warrant for DUI, and a Richland County warrant for Failure to Appear being served.

March 6, Audra Daugherty, 25, Brownstown, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. She posted bond and was released.

March 12, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Travis Rosenberger, 26, Flora, on an outstanding Richland County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Speeding. Bond set at $1,500.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.

March 13, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Travis Landreth, 35, Louisville, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Petition to Revoke Probation on the original charge of Harrassment Through Electronic Communications. Bond set at $25,000.00 (10 percent). He is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail. 

March 13, Kevin McWhorter, 39, Alma, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Deceptive Practice. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.

March 15, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Nancy Guinn, 26, Louisville, on an outstanding Marion County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Deceptive Practice. Bond set in the amount of $5,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. She posted bond and was released.

March 15, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Nicole Pike, 34, Tamaroa, for Violation of Probation on the original charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. She is currently in custody at the Clay County Jail pending the setting of bond.

March 15, Andrew J. Nall, 26, Lawrenceville, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of DUI. Bond set at $2,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.

March 15, Maggie Matlock, 28, Mason, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Deceptive Practice. Bond set at $4,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. She posted bond and was released.

March 15, Justin L. Allen, 28, Mullins, South Carolina, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Driving While Driver's License Suspended, Unlawful Transportation of Firearm and Obtaining a License or Permit. Bond set at $5,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
