Herrin Police activity report, week of March 5

HERRIN, Ill. – Here’s the Herrin Police Department arrest report for the week of March 5, 2018:

Morgan E. Jarvis, 23, Herrin, was arrested on March 7 on a Failure to Appear Warrant (Retail Theft) out of Franklin County. Jarvis was transported to the Williamson County Jail.

Taylor L. Devardo, 25, Herrin, was arrested on March 7 for Forgery. Devardo was transported to the Williamson County Jail pending a court appearance before a judge.

Chance T. Hasty, 18, West Frankfort, was arrested on March 8 for Reckless Driving. Hasty was issued a $1,200.00 I-Bond and was released from custody.

A juvenile from Herrin was arrested on March 8 for Battery. The juvenile was issued a Notice to Appear and released to a legal guardian.

Aurther W. Rosenow, 52, Herrin, was arrested on March 9 for Aggravated Domestic Battery. Rosenow was transported to the Williamson County Jail pending a court appearance before a judge.

Shawn P. Skelton, 25, Herrin, was arrested on March 10 for Driving While License Suspended. Skelton was issued a $1,500.00 I-Bond and was released from custody.

Jacob T. Cavins, 18, Johnston City, was arrested on March 10 for Violation of Order of Protection. Cavins was transported to the Williamson County Jail.

Jordan M. Kalinsky, 20, Royalton, was arrested on March 11 on a Failure To Appear Warrant (Carrying a Prohibited Weapon) out of Jackson County. Kalinsky was transported to the Williamson County Jail.

Donald B. Hasty, 32, Marion, was arrested on March 11 for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. Hasty posted his valid Illinois driver’s license and $100.00 cash for bond and was released from custody.

David E. Wallace, Herrin, was arrested on March 11 for Residential Burglary. Wallace was transported to the Williamson County Jail pending a court appearance before a judge.
