WHITE COUNTY: Out-of-county folks sentenced in Monday hearings

WHITE CO., Ill. - Two individuals from locales other than White County were sentenced in that very court yesterday, announced White County State's Attorney Denton Aud.

The first was Eric B. Willett, 31, of Fairfield, who entered a plea in his Class 3 felony Possession of Methamphetamine case. Willett received a sentence of four years DOC, to be followed by a year of parole upon release.
Willett was also ordered to pay fines, fees, costs, and assessments. He was represented by Rhonda Blades. Judge T. Scott Webb was the presiding judge. Grayville Police Department was the investigating agency.

Jessica J. Dawson

Then there was Jessica J. Dawson, 37, of McLeansboro, who entered a plea in her Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class 4 felony.

For her plea, Dawson was sentenced to three years DOC, to be followed by a year of parole.

Dawson had previously been placed on probation, which was revoked with the sentence to DOC being imposed. Dawson was represented by Brian Shinkle. Judge T. Scott Webb was the presiding judge.
