CLAY COUNTY: Sheriff Myers submits department activity for mid-April

CLAY CO., Ill. - What's been going on in Clay County...? Sheriff Andy Myers has sent material so you can be aware of his department's activities.

April 8, Anthony Haislip, 54, Belleville, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Driving While Driver's License Suspended. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee.  He posted bond and was released.
 
April 11, Natalie Koehler, 32, Flora, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charges of Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle and No Valid Driver's License. Bond set at $2,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. Koehler posted bond on a later date and was released.
 
April 12, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Rachel Orand, 37, Clay City, on an outstanding Effingham County warrant for Petition to Modify Bond. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10 percent). She posted bond and was released.
 
April 13, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Izora Bates, 34, Clay City, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Petition to Revoke Probation on the original charge of Unlawful Possession with Intent to Deliver Cannabis. Bond set at $15,000.00 (10 percent). She posted bond and was released.
 
April 14, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy cited Gerald Rawls, 30, Louisville, for Clay City Ordinance Excessive Acceleration. He was given a Notice to Appear and released.
 
April 16, Casie M. Williams, 30, Fairfield, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Bond set at $2,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. She posted bond and was released.
 
April 17, Clay County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Ellis Webber, 38, Benton, for Domestic Battery. Webber also has a parole hold warrant. He is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
 
April 18, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Timothy Canady, 30, Olney, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Petition to Revoke Probation on the original charges of Unlawful Possession with Intent to Deliver Cannabis and Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Bond set at $15,000.00 (10 percent). He is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
