MARION, Ill. – The Marion police report for March 8 through 13 has the set of folks who were part of jail tales last week, bracketed by the rest of the folks who caught some trouble during that time frame. Check it out.
James Ray, 19 of Johnston City has been issued city ordinance citations for Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the area of Morgan Ave and Carbon St. on March 8.
Sherri Dwyer, 26 of Herrin has been issued a citation for Retail Theft at Wal-Mart Supercenter on March 9.
Bobby McGregory, 59 of Marion has been arrested for Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Deliver and Possession of Cannabis over 30 grams on March 9, in the area of Midway Ct.
Robert Weir, 58 of Marion has been arrested for Manufacture/Delivery of Methamphetamines and Possession of Methamphetamines in the 400 block of E Illinois St on March 9.
Adawnya Solomon, 24 of Marion has been arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines in the 400 block of E Illinois St on March 9.
Richard Cooper, 45 of Marion has been arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines in the 400 block of E Illinois St on March 9.
Raymond Wickersham, 20 of Cambria has been issued a citation for Retail Theft at Wal-Mart Supercenter on March 10.
Nita Tolbert, 31 of Marion has been arrested for Aggravated Battery to Police Officer and Resisting a Police Officer on March 10, on N Carbon St and W Boulevard St.
A three-vehicle accident was reported at approximately 6:00 a.m. on March 10, at the intersection of W DeYoung St and Bainbridge Trail. Two persons were transported to Heartland Regional Medical Center for injuries. This is an open investigation and no other information is available for release.
Izaiah McKissie, 19 of Carbondale has been issued a citation for Retail Theft at Target on March 11.
And Kristen Milbauer, 22 of Carbondale has been issued citations for No Valid Driver’s License, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Driving With a Suspended Registration for No Insurance on March 13, in the area of W DeYoung and I-57.
