A familiar face in Harrisburg is behind bars once again.

The jury on the John C. Curtis Jr. trial came back at 8:09 with verdicts in the multiple-count case, wherein Curtis was accused of murdering Toby Jump, 51, Niantic, on the night of April 4, 2009.
They were confused about the wording of the second count of First Degree Murder.

The fate of accused murderer John C. Curtis, Jr., 27, now rests in the hands of a jury of 12.
The close of the trial featured a haunting 911 call from the daughter of Bonnie Mahan at whose house the events of that night began.
The star expert witness the defense was counting on to make its case that accused murderer John C. Curtis, Jr., was overcome by the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) he suffered when he shot and killed Toby Jump April 4, 2009 winked out before he ever got a chance to try.
After a lengthy waiting period, an announcement came there would be a delay in the murder trial of John C. Curtis, Jr., 27, accused in the April 4, 2009 slaying of Toby Jump, 51.
We don’t know why. We don’t rightly care.

It was a somber, tearful afternoon on both sides of the aisle as accused murderer John C. Curtis, Jr., 27 continued to testified on his own behalf.
