Those awaiting news of the murder trial of young Terry Payton, 17, of Paris, are going to get it via post today instead of newsblast, as we don’t want to take a chance and be out of the courthouse long enough to produce a newsblast, just in case the verdict comes back quickly.
We’d like to point out a few facts.

We learned from MULTIPLE sources yesterday that Hardin County sheriff Joyce Cullison and an unidentified deputy were in downtown Rosiclare attempting to do what sounded like soliciting jurors to sit in on a trial, ostensibly beginning very soon.
There was more talk about fear of retribution from prospective jurors today in what was the final day of jury selection in the Brandon Jenkins murder case.
