Troopers in District 12, which includes Clark, Clay, Crawford, Cumberland, Effingham, Fayette, Jasper, Lawrence, Marion, and Richland Counties, answered 311 calls for service and initiated 1,210 incidents in the field during the month.

The Illinois State Police (ISP) District 12, will conduct Nighttime Enforcement Patrols (NITE) in Effingham County as well as special Traffic Enforcement Patrols (sTEP) during November, according to Commander, Captain Kelly Hodge.
