CLARK CO.—A call for other Facebook readers in Clark County to harass people through that social networking site over a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request appears to have been generated because an executive director didn’t want people to find out something she was hiding about herself.

Yesterday, Charity Murphy, the Executive Director of the Clark County Park District decided to use Facebook as a means to intimidate Freedom of Information Act requesters into submission through “peer pressure.”
