EDGAR/CLARK COs.—The East Central Illinois Mass Transit District (ECIMTD), based out of Paris, Illinois and covering Edgar and Clark counties is in serious talks with Rides Mass Transit (RMT) based out of Harrisburg in Saline County, located in deep southern Illinois.
CLARK CO.—Two people from Casey have been charged with Unlawful Possession with Intent to Deliver Cannabis.

CLARK CO.—A Marshall man who was charged in December 2012 with Domestic Battery has now been charged with Violation of Bail Bond and Resisting a Peace Officer.
CLARK CO.—A Martinsville man has been charged with Unlawful Possession of Cannabis, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Obstructing a Peace Officer.
