Back over You Tails—Former Browns resident/now Harrisburg resident Johnny Williams files a massive civil suit in federal court against Edwards/Wayne entities; Edwards County and West Salem are in the crosshairs or a federal civil right lawsuit to be filed by shooting victim Nathan Headley; newest associate judge Mark “Mr. Twitchy” Shaner’s 1993 divorce during which he was accused of possible child molestation (of his own kids) is examined; the citizens of Lawrenceville are paying for one less Mefford’s Misfit after Tyler Parrott is busted in Indiana for DUI; Olney’s mayor Tommie Fehrenbacher is scrambling not just for votes, but to keep one step ahead of investigators; another atrocity in Lawrence’s jail is handled when a jailer, Bill Jones, piss tests hot for meth and resigns; the first installment of an unedited transcript of the interview of Tommy Lynn Sells, the choice of the ABJ (Anybody But Julie) group for an alternative of who ‘really’ killed Joel Kirkpatrick in 1997, is published; as an 80th anniversary commemoration of the 1925 Tri-State Tornado, the Griffin section of Angela Mason Howser’s book on the subject is published as a pull-out; questions arise over why Edwards County law enforcement officials are responding for ‘meth lab cleanup’ in adjacent counties while still on the clock in Edwards; the new Mrs. McSheriff in Wabash, Jeanie Lyn Cullivan Eckiss McWilliams is popped for driving without a license in Mt. Carmel; Champion Labs takes to mainstream mdeia to heartily declare that their new round of layoffs aren’t ‘downsizing,’ but are ‘rightsizing’; Fairfield mayor Mickey Borah is taken to task by city council member David Simpson for not having the city’s financial report read at each meeting; a three-way race for mayor is developing in St. Francisville and may hinge on which candidate is opposed to keeping Billy ‘PeeWee’ Darnell on as ‘police chief’; the shooting of Nathan Headley isn’t the only errant deputy problem in the area, as Disclosure learns that two Wayne County deputies, along with the sheriff, were involved in a ‘shooting at a restrained subject’ incident about a month before; and Wabash County sheriff Terry McWilliams outs himself as a long-time source of articles for Disclosure articles after he couldn’t persuade the paper to keep his most recent indiscretions with women out of print, whining “I don’t know why they treat me like this after I’ve helped them so much!”

A detailed account of the most recent stalking/OP violation accusation of Paul McSparin, which includes a car chase
A follow-up of the Mike Chekevdia/Shannon Wilfong matter in Franklin County, complete with a revealing look at Chekevdia family members, the Vreelands and the Perrequets, among whom there are several imprisoned for violence/sexual assault/molestation
The continuing investigation into the matter of Eric Lewis in Clay County and his federal sentence for “stealing” money from Crow’s Seed clients (there’s more to this than what the recent settlement in civil court is showing)
An auto arson in Clay City and examination of why officials seem to be ignoring the matter
Ongoing investigation into accusations about bad behavior of a state trooper’s wife
Complaints about Cody Martin originating in White County from more than a year back…and some more recent information
More as we are able…still delivering…
