High speed chase in excess of 130 mph

LAWRENCE CO.— At approximately 10:40 p.m.  a high speed pursuit ended with deputies apprehending three individuals driving a black civic, with loud exhaust and Kentucky plates on 550 East heading towards Bridgeport tonight (Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013).

Speeds were in excess of 130 mph passing the 4-H center headed towards Sumner.  The three occupants were detained, at 1100 Rd. near Sumner (where the car was stopped at), by officers Danny Ash, Brandon Sapp and a third officer who brought them into the Lawrence County jail.
