The few give the majority a bad name? Juggalo-thuggin update
CARRIER MILLS—The story of “Knox” Perez continues to evolve and grow more sordid…and continues to cast a bad light on the group he associates himself with, the Juggalos, fans of the band Insane Clown Posse (ICP).

Cody Perez (if that is indeed his real name; we have our doubts at this point), 22, was finally charged last week after an incident wherein he was so strung out on something that he fought mightily with law enforcement authorities and ended up with several injuries, among them a couple of broken ribs. Perez now stands charged in Saline County with felony Aggravated Battery in a Public Place, misdemeanor Battery Causing Bodily Harm, misdemeanor Battery Making Physical Contact, and Resisting a Peace Officer.
Perez was caught on October 21 allegedly getting in a knock-down drag-out with his live-in of a couple of months, Carrier Mills water department clerk Jessica Simmons, 36 (who’s supposedly now all recalcitrant that she brought the little heathen into her home, incidentally). He came to be there after Simmons attended The Gathering of the Juggalos in Hardin County back in August and brought the little miscreant home to apparently be her boytoy. The boytoy ended up squiring around Simmons’ daughter, age 15, and getting into trouble with her. So it came as no surprise to anyone in the Mills when Perez was spotted allegedly manhandling Simmons at the water department, and the cops were called, resulting in his nasty ass being hauled off to jail at Harrisburg’s fine accommodations at the Saline County Detention Center.
People wonder why the Juggalos are collectivized. Below is the reason why…because of ignorant posts like the Juggalette put forth about Perez and his lil encounter with southern Illinois law & justice:

Sis Jessie, btw, isn’t employed any longer at the water department. And looks like bro Knox might be looking at a lengthy probation, if not a short haul in DOC.

I know. I hated even posting that, but sometimes you have to in order to get the point across.
Some of the details of the arrest seem to have changed between the original story and the update. The original story is pretty much accurate according to what I have been told, although a few details are unclear or in dispute. The update moved the scene of the arrest to the water department and made Jessica the victim instead of a neighbor.
Also, it is true that Jessica no longer works for the water department but, to clarify, she resigned voluntarily

I think in any big brawl it takes a few days to piece everything together, Mr. Mayor. Half the street heard that fight or saw it, but maybe were afraid to come forward because they didn’t know if that thug would be back there the next night. Jessica resigned, but she wasn’t really a good employee, especially since her and the Juggalo were making out or having it out on front of the building often- not to mention showing up to work with pink hair….
I was unaware that pink hair makes for a bad employee….
Dress codes and presenting yourself properly while you work for a city…it might be a moot point of you are say, a teenager or work at Hot Topic! But that’s the least of it.

i have always said, juggalos are useless…i will admit, i’m sure there are a few, and i literally mean a few, that might be decent, hard working people that contribute to society. Some people tell me “you can’t just them all by a few” and i agree to a certain extent, but if you pick out any random 100 juggalos, i guarantee 98 of them have either been arrested, charged, or something to that extent. But, i hope this piece of trash spends a lengthy deal of time in DOC
