I’d like to know what makes this man so different from any other Olney resident or visitor? In other words why was he able to carry on with his antics for so long and he’s just now being brought up on charges?

If he had been convicted of a felony back in 1990 when he was first charged with one, he wouldn’t have been able to run for public office. A felon CANNOT hold the office of mayor, city councilman, or county board rep/commissioner.

If he hadn’t been able to RUN for county board and/or mayor/city office, he wouldn’t have had the opportunity to sue the entities in 2006.

The fukn piece of shit. All they had to do YEARS ago was make sure he’s repeatedly charged with Disorderly until it rises to a felony offense, then make sure he pleads to the felony. Then he’d have never had a chance to sue the county for ANYTHING. Wonder if Hyde’s budget is on the line with the county board and they said “DO SOMETHING”…since Hyde screwed the county so bad with the Brandon Jenkins case. Inactivity can be just as expensive, eh Dave?
