Sources have told Disclosure that Richard Stevenson, no age given, and a friend were working on a weapon belonging to Stevenson when it accidentally discharged and struck Stevenson.
He was reportedly transported by his friend to meet an ambulance in Bridgeport, which then transported him to the hospital in Lawrenceville. From there, Stevenson was airlifted to Deaconess in Evansville. Late reports indicate that he was shot in the back, and that the weapon was a .25-cal.
Investigative agencies have ruled out any foul play and have reported that this was strictly accidental.
