It purportedly is Wendle Conkle, Hardin County deputy. We don’t know Wendle, so we can’t vouch for this. If anyone happens to be able to identify him from this, feel free to let us know. And then let him know that this pic is being circulated on the innerwebs and via phone messages WIDELY.

Pretty sick and disturbing! Especially at the mentality that thought this would be amusing! I guess we have to look at hardin county’s adage if we ain’t fighting we’re fucking.
relax folks…hell it’s Hardin county…he’s probably “fcuked” worse…(it does make you want to run out and check on your livestock though, as it seems he’s practicing for something!)

It doesnt look like the young man that was just at my house but this is funny, in its own animalistic way; I just wish he didnt have his uniform on when he did it because it makes our Sheriff’s Dept. look bad. I have seen what other deputies do off duty in their civies and nothing is ever said about that. I dont believe anyone would have sent this in if this officer had been in his civies either…
