He does. It’s in this issue that’s going on stands starting tonight. We’ve got the full coverage of it. Dude’s like everything that’s wrong with lawyers in this country. And yes, they extracted the DNA, but no results back yet, and we won’t know about it probably until it actually goes to trial.

The motion to suppress was made by his court appointed lawyer, Jerry Crisel. Word on the street is that he now has a high powered lawyer representing him. Don’t know who or from where, or if it’s just a rumor. Did they ever get results on the DNA of the girlfriend?

Yeah i agree with you. I wonder if this will end up going too jury trial or if it becomes a plea agreement. Even though because of IL statue the minimum sentence is life in prison with no parole regardless since he killed two people. What do you think Jack? and also any word on who is gunna replace Judge Sutton since he is the resident judge there? I know it’s kinda off subject but I figured you would know. lol

I suspect it’s just “going through the motions” so there won’t be an “inadequate counsel” accusation later.

The motion to suppress if i guess will probably get denied. If Judge Foster is the judge i’ve been hearing about. He won’t grant this motion.

Really??? Well he waived his Miranda rights, signed off on that knowledge…how likely is this motion to pass? What a mess.
