SCENES FROM THE SEARCH FOR MISSING MAN IN OLNEY
OLNEY—We helped put out the call today for folks on horseback to comb the woods in the vicinity of the DC Sales building, where Ed Hataway, a man missing from Olney since September 15, has an apartment. So far we’ve heard nothing back from the search. Here are some of the scenes as horseback riders assembled at the Sales building and were assisted by local law enforcement, who, we’re told, haven’t exactly been right on it where Hataway’s whereabouts are concerned; but at least this evening, they were.

The cop was only there to tell the group that if they find anything that they might be stepping into a crime scene and he was giving them the dispatch number if they did come across anything or the missing person involved.
I’m glad you clarified what the police were doing there, because we know they certainly were not there to help!
