O’NEILL: BEING DISRUPTIVE AT THE COUNTY BOARD

RICHLAND CO.—He doesn’t have to dance on the sidewalk to be a public nuisance/disruptive:

Brian James O’Neill douchebag

Wish we could bring you scratch-n-sniff so you could fully understand the negative impact this public figure (has run for office countless times: county board, city council, mayor, president) has on those around him. It’s not just a visual disruption; you can’t get around him if you’ve already had dinner.

Jade is covering the county board meeting and O’Neill has already provided fodder for a vidcast if we so choose later. At the point she snapped this pic, he was being disruptive in the hallway outside the county board chambers while they were in executive session over sheriff’s department personnel issues. He was playing one of our podcasts, very loudly. The man is so warped that he probably thought WE’D get in trouble if he played OUR podcast loudly instead of him. But, instead of getting in trouble, the jerk was given a pass, as he always is because if he’s jailed on a complaint, he runs at the bars/walls of his cell and slams his head into them. Making him a very expensive inmate.

And then there’s his wardrobe…which will no doubt provoke a written ordinance in the city and county for appropriate attire when attending meetings (under the pregnancy-size t-shirt there is a pair of speedos, or something similar. Yes, the man is that disgusting.)

Hopefully, someone will shut him down some day. Olney is crawling with criminal element; it wouldn’t hurt our feelings at all if one of those people were the ones to do the honors.
