All we know is what our media attorney in Springfield told us in 2004 when Mark “Mr. Twitchy” Shaner threatened to Gas Point station in Robinson. He was threatened with this statute and he backed the hell off. But now we have a definite case…and a couple of attorneys willing to take it on…and there’s one public official a little to the north of us who isn’t gonna know what hit him in about 4 weeks.
