UPDATE 09.04.12
We learned today that there WAS NO OTHER PASSENGER IN THIS VEHICLE WHEN IT ROLLED.
As it turned out, the passenger was allegedly so drunk that he THOUGHT there was someone in the vehicle with him. He literally couldn’t remember whether he took off with a passenger or not. Turns out, NOT.
