We talked to Brandon Jenkins this morning…

A few hours ago we texted down to Texas to see if the Jenkins—Brandon & his wife Nicole—were going to be in Olney today for a scheduled status hearing on his misdemeanor case there.

Brandon & his wife, Nicole.

Jenkins is the Houston man who was accused of First Degree Murder in the shooting death of Olney thug Michael Scott Earp last November. He was acquitted by a jury of his peers of that murder and associated crimes that reflected the incident, with another person, Chris Arteberry, claiming to have been shot by Jenkins.

Jenkins, on May 2 (the night the jury came back with the not guilty verdict), was charged in the alternative with a Reckless Conduct count by said jury, and was advised the appear in person today at 1 a.m.

However, he told Ang this morning that his attorney, John O’Gara out of Belleville, advised he didn’t need to show up in person, and the case will likely continue.

Brandon said he, Nicole and their teenage son are all doing well. Brandon’s still working at the Texas oil products job he was on when he was in Olney on location; he’s not in the field, though, instead he has a sales job at the office now. We were really excited to hear from him though, and gave our best to his family. Brandon wished to express thanks to all here in southern Illinois who supported him, tool

When a future date is set for his case, we’ll post it. Keep checking back for updates.

Why it was not dismissed by Dunn at the time of the verdict is vulgar. I wonder if I am in the minority with my thinking when I say I hope these Richland County Ass Clowns that appear to be trying to negotiate with Brandon’s right to a civil case against the county don’t get it accomplished and he does indeed sue them. Why else would Dunn not have said “time served” case close? Oh how I hope the lid comes off of Richland County Politics in my lifetime.

It cannot be said enough, justice was served because The Disclosure sought the truth.

BTW what’s going on with Flavious’ felony case, I know that was vague and you are wondering which felony, the one that was associated with this case.
