My first time in trouble. I had to pay about 4-500$ for the DUI evaluator, Its costs 500 after you get approved from a hearing officer from the state even get to pay that to have them back impact class. When I got arrested I was already handcuffed in the back of the police car ready to go then another officer apeared and started calling me all kinds of names as if I wasnt already upset, So I told him he mustve been the biggest loser in high school and thats why he wants to pick on hot girls like me being a cop a bully and a huge a-hole. I was already handcuffed seated in the back seat when that cop dove in on top of me choking the life out of me going to mace me an inch from my face. It took 2 other officers to make him unhand me. So I then they took that cops name from ever being there and me being able to prove what he had done…… I am devastated by Franklin county.

I think what happened he pled guilty to Reckless Driving and got 12 months of Supervision for it.
