OLNEY—Our intrepid roving reporter Jade was able to get a couple of shots of Brian James O’Neill after the Richland County Fair talent contest, where he appeared as Lady GaGa. This was pretty remarkable, as she had just attended a multi-hour meeting regarding the citing of a confined animal feeding operation (cafo, or, factory hog farm) not far from Berryville Winery, as discussed in the current issue ON STANDS NOW GO OUT AND GET ONE…ahem…anyway, here’s BloJo:
