Frailey not guilty. And also, is the sheriff’s cousin.
HARDIN CO.—Pretty much all we know is that Gideon Frailey, who was the subject of a jury trial today, was found not guilty by a jury of his peers as the end result.
Well, that, and that he’s a little cousin of sheriff Joyce Cullison.
Of course, we suspect it’s the case that most of the county is related. Sadly, some of them just don’t get out much.
But, it doesn’t bode well for Ms. Joyce.
Of course, since Mr. Frailey is now out and about, he doesn’t have a problem with it. But those he’s crossed, just like with Little Raymond Dutton, do. And of course, Little Raymond (he of the missing weapon ISP is investigating as of last week) is ALSO a relative of Ms. Sheriff.
We’re looking into all this….including the solicitation of jurors by the sheriff…..in the morning. When we learn more, we’ll bring it to you.

I am really appauled by this Frailey case and the not guilty verdict. I think if someone would talk to the other person involved, the truth would be brought out, afterall, why would this person testify against his own family if it wasnt true? What did he have to gain by lying? NOTHING AT ALL! This Frailey family is not by any means a very reputable family as they all are allegedly suspects of their own drug abuse. This is a pure case of money talks and of neglegence on the State Attorney’s part as she admitted she had no prosecution experience. We have seen that in this case. Mr. Gideon Frailey still has another case to be prosecuted for in the robbery of the other restaraunt in Cave in Rock where footsteps were actually found and followed. If he gets off of this one, we will all know that there is something going on in our court system here that needs to be brought out into the open and corrected.
