Not to say that they weren’t aware of or aiding in his misdeeds, but he was the big fish. The Feds should have taken over the witness tampering case over as well. Raymond was indicted and being held on federal charges. The potential victims were federal witnesses, it only makes sense. This whole thing would have been wrapped up and Tina & Cody would have been to trial by now.
It is going to be disappointing for those with high hopes of more indictments for a big conspiracy, but this piece of Gallatin County history is concluded.
