The unannounced audits, however, would have to entail the powers-that-be being uncorrupt enough to hire an outside auditor who wouldn’t “spin” the results or conveniently “overlook” one fund or another…..we need decent people to run for office, then get in…..not people like Bob Butler who was never decent to begin with, staying in office for almost half a century. Marion is full of corruption…I’m sure it would absolutely give people heart attacks if they knew how deep it went.
