Earps/Trouts involved in Hamilton County altercation

HAMILTON CO.—Despite all the hype surrounding the man who was arrested in Hamilton County two weeks ago (April 5) for firing a shotgun into the air in the presence of a whole bunch of apparently scared people, mainstream media is, of course, leaving out a key component: why he felt compelled to allegedly fire the gun in the first place.
We’re not talking about a crazed person errantly discharging a weapon around frightened people. We’re talking about yet another victim of the vile and loathsome Earp/Trout gang…..and not one damn Earp or Trout has, as yet, been arrested for anything, even though they were all allegedly involved in a fracas that left several people beaten and the shooter with a broken hand.

From what we’re hearing, the 15-year-old son of Roy K. (Kenny) Rector, Jr., was in a particularly dangerous place Saturday: at the home of parents of a Trout kid’s girlfriend, namely, Jonathan Trout. (We’re not sure of the flavor of the week this week, but we hear he’s still boinking Kali Royce, so we’re going to assume that’s the Royce residence in question, as it was reported to us this morning.)
The Royce residence is reportedly near the post office, in the village of Broughton.

At some point, the pusillanimous Jonathan Trout, 18, who is a convicted child sex offender and has yet to see the inside of a courtroom in Richland County for anything meaningful on his three serious charges there dating back to last June (Aggravated Battery, June 2010, Sex Offender/Failure to Report Change of Address July 2010, and Aggravated Battery with Great Bodily Harm October 2010) began mouthing off at the 15-year-old.
The 15-year-old’s father, Kenny Rector, 33, told Trout to cool it, as the object of his ire was only 15.
Trout, being the punk that he is, told Rector he needed to get out to the road where he would be “taking his son’s ass-whoopin.” Trout, a petite young thing who fancies himself like his big brothers (Flavius Doug and Michael Scott Earp, of Olney)—some Mixed Martial Arts phenom—promptly, however, found his own ass whooped at the hand of Kenny Rector. A call was made from the Rector residence about this skirmish; whomever answered the 911 call assured the caller that help was on the way. However, it never arrived.

Being the puny pansy he is, Jonathan Trout couldn’t let it stand and reportedly called his big brothers whining for them to come to his rescue. (Bear in mind the distance between Richland County and Hamilton County; still, law enforcement had yet to arrive in Broughton, despite the 911 calls made when Trout was getting his keister kicked). The Earps came to lil Jonathan’s rescue, bringing with them also one Rick Trout, who is apparently the father of one of them (the breeding amongst the Trout/Earp bunch is the most atrocious thing to try and figure out. They have “fathers” and “stepfathers” all over creation, including counties in Illinois where they all have criminal records—Marion, Richland, Edwards, White, Hamilton and Saline, thus far, as well as a couple of counties in Kentucky, from where one strain of them, at least, hails.)

The Trout/Earp bunch, who can do nothing without each other as reinforcements, proceeded to the Rector residence in Broughton. Somehow, it’s been reported, they managed to forcibly remove all cellphones from the residents there, and began beating Kenny Rector. However, evidently they neglected to remember that some people in this day and age still have landlines, and yet another frantic 911 call was made, this from the Rector residence.
Sources indicate that after 20 minutes, without response from law enforcement, the mob went back to the Royce residence. If we understand our sources correctly, Rector’s father arrived, saw what had happened, and, still with no law enforcement, grabbed up a shotgun and shells. Kenny Rector, instead of allowing his father to get involved, took the weapon and ammo from him and drove over to the Royce residence. There, he fired the weapon in the air. And when law enforcement finally arrived, they arrested Kenny Rector, Jr….not any of the Earps/Trouts, at least that we know of.
Kenny Rector’s hand, which had been broken three weeks previously, was re-broken in the fight with the mob. He was scheduled for surgery to fix the old break over the next couple of days from what we understand; being jailed for the weapons charge has precluded that.
According to our sources, Illinois State Police are investigating the incident (since local authorities seem to have been absent that day). With any good fortune, the investigator WON’T be Rick White, but one can never tell. The Trout/Earp bunch have gotten away with far too much for far too long, at least in Richland County, where they have been charged with multiple burglaries dating back to 2006, countless batteries, a mob action case in 2008 very similar to this one, and more; maybe Hamilton will finally dole out some justice that has been lacking in the lives of these useless punks, and someone, finally, will end up in DOC.

That content of that article is utterly sickening…to think law enforcement was summoned and was too scared to show up. Really something for the voters to be proud about. Right, Jack? Sounds like the Hatfields and the McCoys going at each other and nobody cares. Sad.
HHANNAH, You beat me to that about the Hatfields and McCoys. I was re-reading it trying to figure out who was who and who was where. Nothing to do with Jack and Ang’s reporting of it, just the whole situation. So, I see you’re the “Ghost’s” fav of the day, well, the last couple of days….LOL…

Hi Sweets! Doing better a little, at least not coughing so much. Sarah & Maddie are fine, but they did have to give her penicillin, and they’re not sure what’s causing an infection where. They kept her there four hours. I didn’t sleep AT ALL because they didn’t leave the hospital til late and I stayed in street clothes all night instead of jammies in case we had to rush over there. But they got home around 1 am. I haven’t heard from them today so I hope Sarah’s SLEEPING….
Angela, I’m so glad to hear that you’re feeling somewhat better! I feel so bad for you, honestly! I wonder if they said it was a viral or bacterial infection with Sarah? A UTI can cause major problems without being pregnant. While carrying a baby, it can be so much more dangerous for both mama and baby. I hope they did a “clean catch” on her.
I believe that’s exactly what they did. I know all about that crap….**sigh**….mommyhood….
Well, unfortunately, so do I. While I was pregnant with my son, I went into early labor @ 5 1/2 months, then was on complete bedrest and home monitoring until I gave birth to him, every 6 hours. I would no sooner get to sleep and the monitor would start for an hour. Then I would wait for the nurse to call and tell me if I had to go to the hospital for a check. I had to be hospitalized for almost a week. This, after I had already had a preemie 3 1/2 years earlier. She was only 5 weeks early though, Thank God, and was released with me two days after delivery. She had a very good AP-gar score and the best appetite of all the babies there..still does..lol. My son, however, decided to stay in womb 2 weeks and four days over his due date! YES!!!! Mommyhood.. but I sure do wish I had it back, well, at the age I was then.
Wow…kinda sounds like what I went through with Babymomma AND the 15-year-old. Two VERY rough pregnancies. The boy, on the other hand, was textbook. Gave me a false sense of security, LOL!!!
My oldest, which I have spoke with you about, was only 9 days early, but woke me up every 2 hours starving and ready to eat! SO, WAIT! NO, I do NOT miss that part of it!! LOL…
Yah, Jess was like that. Had two hollow legs where he kept the extra milk. Come to think of it, that’s how he does nowadays, too…only it’s more expensive stuff, like beef, chicken, pizza….
LOL…I really do know what you mean there! But, it is so worth every cent to keep em in your life, even if it is for a dinner here and there! We just never know how much we will miss them while they are growing up… until they are and we have to let them out on their own.
Oh & I want to apologize for any confusion this article might present…I know it looks haphazard, but I’m here to tell ya, everything the Earps are involved in looks that way. They confuse people on purpose. Our sources were good on it, it’s just that it’s a somewhat traumatic incident. Hopefully any confusion will be cleared up by the time we get to the print version with it….in the meantime, welcome to our world. The deal is the fight was over. If the gun would of came while the beating occurred it would be a different story. On the other hand I would say send every 1 involved to prison. From what I gather they are all shit heads.

not understanding why Rector is setting in jail, being refused a court appointed lawyer…or even medical treatment for that hand….does the u.s. still have cons. rights for people? are us taxpayers gonna have to pay Rector when he sues the state for an amputated hand; that i've been told by people that seen his hand today is swollen and black? I guess maybe the court system in that county is on vacation right now…hopefully they get back before he loses his hand…sounds like he's the victim of the "MOB" and the court system….Does Hamilton county even have a court system? I guess not; maybe just for drug heads and murderers….
It is not Hamilton County that is refusing treatment , it is White County. Justin Hood told us he is going to make more arrest when he gets the evidence in. But, my daughter n law called and said she visited Kenny today and tried to give the cops his exrays and they refused them. He did see a Dr yesterday and he said he needed the exrays… Well our hands are tied because White county police refused to take them. And the ISP officer Haywood who is investigating this told them "tough". He was supose to pick up Kenny's statement today but also refused. The problem is in all their statements they omitted the first fight and he told them to rewrite their statements and he would pick them up. I dont understand why they didnt tell about the first fight unless they thought the police would say they started. I do want charges pressed on Rick Trout for pushing my husband around. He is disabled and has dementia….

Yes jrj the fight was over but my son had just watched Rick Trout kick his son in the chest kicking him out of the way. btw the child is just 2 yrs old and Rick Trout grabbed his wife by the hair of the head . I guess he was reacting without thinking.

Is there an updat eon this situation? Does anyone know if Rector got charged/convicted of anything & If the Trouts are still out doin the same ol thing? Just wondering!?!?
