Whoops…guess Raymond Moss won’t have his 9 witnesses after all!

SALINE CO.—The Saline County grand jury met again today, and they handed down several indictments on three people, one of them being well-known area criminal Raymond Moss.
Moss was arrested mid-month October and charged with Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault. Today, the grand jury, lead by Assistant Saline County State’s Attorney Eva Walker, indicted Moss on that same count, wherein he is accused of harming Jenna Foster while having sex with her.
This puts kind of a crimp in Moss’ most recent plans.
Moss was in court last Friday, represented by public defender Lowell Tison. It was requested of the court that a week continuance be granted Moss, as he was planning on calling in, by subpoena, nine witnesses for his preliminary hearing.
It’s unknown what those nine people were going to be asked to testify to, as well as who they were. Speculation had it that they were going to say the rough sex between Moss and Foster was consensual, although how they would know such a thing unless they observed it first-hand is unknown. Other speculation had it that testimony was going to be given about Foster’s low character and how she couldn’t be believed…however, in this case, bruises and marks speak louder than words.
However, it’s all best-laid plans of mice and men now, because being indicted by a grand jury means that Moss won’t have a preliminary hearing this Friday. The grand jury replaces a prelim. So, no subpoenas issued, and we may never know what Moss was going to have his witnesses testify to.
Also indicted today under Walker’s watchful guidance was Raymond L. Brindley, on two Class 4 felony counts of Child Abduction. Brindley is not in custody; a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
A third indictee is John B. Jones, this grand jury being lead by the Appellate Prosecutor’s office special prosecutor Chuck Zalar. Jones was indicted on the 11 counts he has already been charged with, these having to do with multiple cases in which he’s accused of filching money from funeral home patrons who were buying pre-need plans. We’re kinda stressed and upset that there won’t be a prelim for Jones; we are just itching to find out what his excuse is for these allegations.

When the teenager was little, she thought it was absolutely HYSTERICAL that I could recite Too Many Daves and What Was I Scared of? without reading from the book. Those two pieces are weird, different and somewhat magical.
Something must’ve worked out right…the teenager is the best babysitter I’ve ever had in my LIFE…and I always tell people I have a gray hair for every hour I was in labor and every daycare provider I went through…I’m blond now because the gray got ridiculous…if that gives you any indication of the number of babysitters I’ve had!

Raymond molested those girls years ago in which another man went to prison for , simply because he couldn’t read and was to embarrassed to admit it ! He signed a paper he never knew what said ! I wonder if the police still have dna from 10 years ago ? Then Raymond could pay for the crimes he committed back then and the man who went to prison could sue the hell out of saline county ? Might be interesting to check into ! The man accused of the crime , everyone knows didn’t do it , it’s just a shame that back in his days , coming from a large family you didn;t go to school to learn to read , you had to help support the family at 8 years old !Maybe the truth will come out now !

the truth will set you free, I live in Saline County and in the law they are never fair. I hope for the people that are going to jail is treated fair until the truth comes out. But people remember this is Saline County.

As a child when you all brought your TRIBE to Harrisburg , everybody in the neighborhood knew to watch out for your weird asses . I have known Raymond Brindly since he was 18 or so, he has an older sister named Mamie and a younger one named Beulah Humm, his mother is Pearl Walker. Raymond had a serious head injury as a young boy, actually 2 head injury’s back to back

Let me just say this, There are a Hell of a lot of people who have had loved one(s) or someone they’re very fond of, affected by many of the Moss’ in one way or another, including myself. I didn’t like the person I’m talking about being associated of the Moss’ but, they were of age! I fought hard with them to stay away from them, so when the Moss’ were locked up, it was a prayer answered for me!
As far as this Brindley guy, I don’t know him and from what I have observed here, I don’t want to! So, do something about it and take your information to the Authorities! AND DON’T YELL AT ME, I DIDN’T YOU OK? Well, until right then.

I will agree with you on that. The Grizzly’s run in herds, as do the Bears and Baby Bears. Not all of them, but many! The Good ones are few & far between.
