Juggaduds: a couple of pointed pics

Being toted in by Saline County's finest...

This might have been the female of the two, but again, it's hard to say...

Sent to us from Saline County this evening, from apparently some  Juggalo arrests:

Being toted in by Harrisburg's finest...among them, Whipper Johnson.

It’s impossible to say whether the shot above is of a male or female…er, excuse us, Juggalo or Juggalette.

This might have been the female of the two, but again, it's hard to say...

The one in the first picture was hollering to the one in the second, “I love you baby, I’ll be right there!” according to our correspondent at the scene.

New information we just received indicates that the two are actually BOTH Juggalettes, and both were arrested for allegedly shoplifting at the Harrisburg WalMart.

You’d think they might at least get out of their ‘lette garb before attempting an alleged crime…you know, to keep suspicion off themselves, maybe not stand out so much…

We’ll have more for you in the next print version, on stands in a little more than a week!

no acutally im not that young, im 30 years old. and your judging the entire group by a few people. every group has bad apples. go read the lyrics to some of the newer music, the people they sing about hurting are the ones deserving of it, pedophiles, rapists, bigots, child beaters. so if you are so agains it you must be one of those.

and for the record my wife was with me and guess what, she is a librarian in a small town in southern illioins helping your children learn to read! so apparently we are not all as bad as you are trying to make us out to be.

    • Sorry, kjf. 30 is YOUNG.

      And let’s further clarify.

Your wife doesn’t and hasn’t helped any of MY children read.

And I think the phrase you’re looking for is that we are judging a handful people by the actions of a HUGE number of people. So far, I’ve counted about six Juggalos/lettes who have come on here demanding that we acknowledge their normalness. And so far, I’ve been told by authorities that we’re looking at a couple THOUSAND Juggs who sell dope on the premises openly, get into fights, get puking drunk (even when underage), have sex right in front of God and everybody, and adhere to violent and vile song lyrics.

Get your numbers straight, kjf. You will never convince anyone of your sincerity until you realize that it’s the way I’ve laid it out above, not “judging the entire group by a few people.” If it were just a FEW people behaving in this manner, I wouldn’t be devoting the back page to the thing as we speak; they’d be relegated to the inside.

  4. kjf

so from your eye view, all juggalos are trouble makers, so that means all catholic priest are child molesters. oh and senators too since a few of them were caught molesting kids. but no thats not true and you know this. dont judge the whole group by your small sample

  5. kjf

whats even better is your holding the music liable for the actions of the people. not even considering it might have more to do with the parents and lack of involvement in their lives.

  6. Hardluck Hannah

If you’re just 30 years old and you’re involved with or following the Juggalos, then somewhere along the way you’ve been warped. You commented that we apparently don’t know what it’s like to not be accepted, well let me assure you, I’m twice your age and I grew up when being unaccepted was an altogether different situation. I knew all about unacceptable, but I rose way above it and I sure as hell didn’t do it by painting my face and color my hair all different colors and following some idiot band. And that’s about all I have to say for that matter.
But let me assure you, if I had a child or grandchild in any of the local school systems in southern Illinois, I’d be on my way first thing Monday morning to check out the librarian. If she happened to be your wife, I’d be at the next school board meeting and your wife would be promptly unemployed.

  7. Audrey

You are more than welcome to address my library board concerning what I do on my vacation. And the type of music I listen to has absolutely zero bearing on my ability to do my job, and do it well.
I can plan and organize events, interact with the public, provide Reader’s Advisory, update our website and facebook page, catalog items, etc etc etc., all without the music I listen to being an issue, at all.

Not to mention the thousands of dollars in cash I handle every day at my OTHER job.

And, hey, I passed a drug test and background check, all while being a Juggalette. Go figure.

  8. kjf

so your threatening a job over a post made on a forum? and im the immature one??? well you are welcome to come to any school board meeting and complain as it is seperate from the library board, and will only show your ignorance infront of a public forum.

  9. kjf

for the record as well, just because im a juggalo doesnt mean i paint my face and act like an idiot. you have prolly passed by thousands of us and never knew it. as i said before few bad apples doesnt mean the whole tree is rotten

  10. Hardluck Hannah

Audrey and Kjf, you are so eat up with defending your position of belonging to or following the Juggalos that you aren’t paying close attention to what’s being posted. Perhaps you should go back and read a little closer. I said IF I had a child or grandchild in the school system, which I don’t. But I’m sure there are others who do and I hope they are paying attention. You’re one of the reasons people are going to home schooling or private schools. You apparently aren’t anywhere close to Hardin County so what does it matter what you do for a living? You two are almost to the point of pathetic in my book. You seek attention by painting your faces and following bands that sing those Gawd-awful songs and think because you’re a part of that movement, that you can force yourselves to be acceptable to the rest of the citizens that literally loathe and detest every thing you are trying to defend. IF you have children, I feel sorry for them. In fact, if you want to know the truth, I feel sorry for you too. More than likely you are both looking for something that you just can’t find. My advice. See a shrink. Your common sense has already gone to hell.

  11. kjf

see you dont read, i just said i dont paint up. but your too busy seeking the attention of others on here to actually let the words infront of you sink in

  12. kjf

your the pathetic one. i feel sorry for you and your children

  13. kjf

glad i never wasted my money purchasing this nonsense publication which is no better than the nation inquirer.

    • @kjf: right. and we’d worry about missing out on the $2 if you could spell N-A-T-I-O-N-A-L.

Maybe you could seek some remedial spelling from your wife…

and @Hannah: damn straight. We moved here for a reason. “The Gathering” isn’t it.

  14. Hardluck Hannah

Oh jeez, what I wouldn’t give to be 30 again and give you a good run for your money in today’s world. But then again, I raised my kids and they all turned out exactly as I wanted, smart, good looking, educated, common sense. They didn’t have to paint their faces and follow a bunch of misfits. I will be the first to admit that there could be some good people in the Juggalo crowd…but like Admin said, if you sleep with pigs, you’re going to stink like them. It’s just the way of the world. Why can’t you get it through your head that the people in this area as a whole DO NOT WANT the JUGGALOS or their kind around them? Go somewhere else and make the news for God’s sake. You aren’t the majority here, you’re the minority, and that isn’t going to change. Not now anyway. And should it change sometime in the future, well then God help us all. I still appreciate music by Frank Sinatra, Celene Dion and those that know what real music and lyrics are all about. Screw that crap you listen to and think it’s wonderful. You belong in a city somewhere that doesn’t give a rip what goes on in a park. We’re all kind of laid back down here. People make fun of us and our culture too, so move on and let us be a distinct breed. We like it that way. Right Admin?

  15. Hardluck Hannah

Yeah, that’s right, Admin. Come to think of it, he got it wrong when he said “your the pathetic one”….it’s “You’re the pathetic one”. Have Audrey work with you a little more kjf too. You need it.

  16. Hardluck Hannah

Yeah, Admin, I agree. They might as well go to some other forum and promote their Juggalos. Nobody cares on this one.

  17. Audrey

You know, I almost feet bad for y’all for being so narrow-minded and judgmental. You’re missing out on a million wonderful things the world has to offer, because you fear anything different (And I’m not speaking of the Juggalo culture).
Because you’re so inherently judgmental, fearful, closed-minded, and un-curious. God made a huge, wonderful, miraculous world for us to enjoy, but you’re too busy being hateful to enjoy it.
Also @admin – I don’t think making a simple request qualifies as “whining”.
And as to my husband’s spelling – he was educated in a Southern Illinois public school system. I wasn’t.
So maybe it’s not the people like me that are making parents switch to homeschooling and private schools.

  18. CardsFan

@ kjf … If you don’t like what’s being said on this site, go somewhere else. I’ve met a few of juggalos where I work & I will admit, they were polite & civil. BUT the 6 I have met compared to the thousands that descend on our community is a drop in the bucket. I heard my mother say “Be careful who you associate with … People will judge you by their actions” for years. That may be what’s going on here but you CHOSE to be associated with the ones that give you ALL a bad name. You should take your “poor me, I’m not like them” talk to a site that cares. I think I speak for many people when I say we didn’t ask you to come here. We can & will complain & fight it until this craziness is banned from our area.

  19. MELLO62946

good luck you cardsfan because we aint going no where and no one asked you to write on the post either what a moron

  20. CardsFan

Yawn … Name calling … Yeah, that will make me change my opinion of all of you. But thanks for the laugh!

  21. Audrey

Actually (until then), we had been quite civil, polite, and friendly. The anti-Juggalo group has been, overwhelmingly, a bunch of rude and nasty jerks.
    And WE’RE bad people.

  22. just me

I wonder if the juggalos that claim to be just like us on here also go to the juggalo chat rooms and claim to be just like them.

  23. CardsFan

    @ Just Me … Good point …

  24. eileen ovaclosa

@Audrey…I had never even heard of the Juggalos until reading here at this forum so I had no preconceived notion of you all. As far as the face painting and outrageous garb goes it’s definitely not my “cup of tea” but that in and of itself is pretty harmless and I “get it”. What I can’t abide by is the enjoyment, promotion etc. of the type of music that you all listen to. All it took was the reading of the lyrics to that song that was posted here and I became completely turned off and tuned out to any kind of debate. Music like that is plain sickening to me. And let me add that I don’t enjoy or condone violent movies or video games of any kind either. I do advocate for acceptance and tolerance whether I agree or not. But I could never tolerate that kind of music and would not want anyone in my life who did. It’s just my opinion and you know what they say about those.

  25. We had several of them stop by our store lost and asking directions….I don’t know how they act,but they looked like a herd of idiots to me.

I thought about routing them into the Bell Smith area and letting them try to find their way out of that mess, but I was in a nice mood that day….for some reason.lol

  26. Russell NY

…once upon a time, youngstes were wearing zoot suits, flapper dresses and doing the Lindy, (and this we survived)then there was that evil demon known as rock ‘n roll that was ruining our youth (yet we somehow survived) then there were all those nasty pot smokin’ hippies at Woodstock (yet we survived)the followers of the Grateful Dead (still alive and well) and we’ve survived…all of you opinionated self appointed moralists need to look at the bigger picture…youth always have, and always will revolt in a manner most shocking to the current “norm”….and yet we still survive, thrive, and eventually grow up….

  27. The “youth” comment is a wasted one on me because the majority of the ones that stopped in our place were in their late 20′s/early 30′s….hardly what could pass for “youths”.

  28. @Admin

That’s true enough I guess…I’m 45 but by my 19th birthday I had graduated, gotten married and moved 1500 miles away from my family and was working heavy equip in the western oil fields and just always looked at a “youth” as someone High School aged….but sadly these ARE different times.

I have quite a few nephews who are in their 20′s now who have never held a job and the only contributions to society that have been made on their behalf is by their goofy parents who have bailed them out of jail,DUIs,possession of cannibis etc etc and 3 of which I just found out today were at the event…so you are correct, they are currently what are considered youths I reckon.

No offense intended Russell, just a different look at the same horse.

    • Yeah, you and I are from the same era. By the time I was 19 I had a kid and a secure job with Uncle Sam. I’ll betcha some of those old mean first shirts thought I was a ‘youth’ all the way up until I became one of em, LOL. And maybe even after that!

It’s a different world. We’ve still got people in their 40s who are BEHAVING like “youth,” like they just don’t know any better. It’s pitiful in some cases.

I figure one of these days these folks will mature enough that they will realize that they are not impressing anyone and are subjects of ridicule. They will let their natural color hair grow out, they will take out the weird piercings, they will either try to get the stupid tattoos removed or cover them up, and hopefully they will be able to become part of the human race. They will look back, laugh and say “Holy cow, didn’t we look silly”

  30. Hardluck Hannah

I really hope so too, Dennis. And I think maybe there is the potential for a lot of them to do just that. However, we both know there are some natural born losers in that mix, for which there is more than likely no hope at all. I think maybe you and I have seen too much.

First off a very friendly hello to my fellow southern Illinois residents and to my fellow Juggalos. No nasty name calling from me just some cold hard facts.I was born and raised in the southern seven and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else with any other people.I have been a fan of the Insane Clown posse for more than a decade and am in my mid 20s.I have been happily married to a wonderful local woman who does not listen to or like ICP,she listens to pop music, for more than five years. We are raising two beautiful intelligent children who have not listened to any mature music.I was raised in a good home with a father who listened to heavy metal my whole childhood,so i am used to laughing at peoples misconceptions as to what music does to you.Even at a young age i knew Tipper Gore and George Bush were ridiculous for speaking out against rock music. The bands i listen to do not make my decisions for me.My father is an avid fan of Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath, yet i never witnessed him bite the head off a bat or perform any Satanic rituals either. My home was then and is now drug-free,smoke-free and we drink very little alcohol, maybe a drink or two a week.Yes i know there are “bad”juggalos but there are also plenty bad people everywhere. Please don’t judge us from a few bad examples. We are already the feared and ridiculed group of the decade, not unlike the hippies and bikers before us.All i can do is be the best person i can be and maybe one of you on here badmouthing us may one day talk to me in person or on the phone and you would never know the curteous young man you just spoke to at a local business was a scary juggalo.God bless you all if you like me or not.Love to all my juggalos.
