Representing the Saline County State’s Attorney’s office, assistant prosecutor Eva Walker this morning has submitted a request for DNA samples per Illinois Supreme Court Rule 413 in the case of Todd Fort.
Nicola Hammond, 14, has been missing from her home in Odin (located in Marion County) since early Tuesday, July 20.
Authorities in Saline County have confirmed official charges against chief deputy/school board president Todd Fort.
Todd Fort is being held at the Jackson County (Murphysboro) detention center as of this morning, 07.20.10.
