Gallatin County sheriff has asked for trial to be continued beyond April 12
A motion filed Friday in federal court in Benton has embattled Gallatin County sheriff Raymond Martin, through his federal public defender John O’Gara, asking for a continuance on his previously-set jury trial date of April 12.
