Wayne prosecutor Kevin Kakac let this idiot go last summer because he swore he was joining the military. Savage was up on several felonies regarding internet crimes including identity theft. Kevin, a military man himself, bought the boy’s excuse and let him go, dismissing everything in lieu of military enlistment. That was July.
Likely couldn’t have gone in…unless this is a ‘special’ branch.
Just sayin.

From the time you sign up to the time you leave can take a while, I know some that waited a good 8 months before leaving.
True…except we talked to Kevin in August and he said he was confirming with local law enforcement that Savage hadn’t enlisted and further, hadn’t made any moves toward it. We keep running the MySpaces we check and continue to see his little space looking more and more bizarre…but we’ll see. Maybe he’s having one last laugh before shipping off.
I acctually know the guy and he honestly was trying to get in but due to some medical thing he couldn’t.

I think he’s mostly off the hook anyway since this was one of Kakac’s lame moves and he’s gone now, and David Williams is still trying to clean up all of Kakac’s messes.
Do you know what the medical thing was he was experiencing?
Also he’s turned his life around 100%. He’s attending college and is certanly not the guy he was durring this. At least some good came out of it.
We’re glad he’s back on track. We’ve noticed we haven’t seen him on the court docket anywhere since this happened with Rachel. Hope he keeps on the straight and narrow.
He looks like a Section 8 to me.
I live here in Fairfield and find it funny that you have kept this posted about my friend’s boyfriend for over a year but Rachel Vaughn was brought in for sleeping at the fairgrounds for tresspassing and you don’t even accknowledge it.
Um….maybe because we didn’t know anything about it? The junior team does Wayne County, not us, and they don’t recognize the names of the repeat perps/freaks. Also, we don’t “keep things posted,” it’s just that once it’s up, it’s up. The only thing that calls attention to it is when someone comments under the post. That’d be YOU, dark666watcher. Nice email there. Don’t you people ever worry about how you sit with God when you call up that kind of crap? Geesh.
about the same as you sit with Him. At least I don’t judge people which it says in the bible not to do, yet everytime I read a news story new or old that is all you people do.
