Members Only When Disclosure submitted a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act request) for mugshots and included Xzavier Gibbs in the request, the photo at right was sent. It is unknown when this photo of Gibbs was taken, but it wasn’t in connection with the current charge of Attempted Murder, since as of press time, he’d not been arrested.
